This body of work is a response to an ongoing navigation of my Nepali identity. The collages are a playground where I can depict my connections, disconnections, and reconnections to Nepal.

The imagery is recycled from photographs accumulated from trips back to Nepal and are then manipulated to construct scenes that are an amalgamation of memory and imagination. Whilst they also draw upon the chaotic nature of challenging your own identity, they offer a playful celebration of my ongoing journey, with references to my favourite foods and spaces.
